Coronavirus COVID-19 could be just the start of a new chapter where aggressive viruses attack humanity!

Protect yourself, increase your immunity and stay safe. Take responsibility, restore & maintain your immune system by yourself and do NOT rely only on doctors!

The immune system has a vital role: It protects your body from harmful substances, germs, viruses and cell changes that could make you ill. It is made up of various organs, cells and proteins.

As long as your immune system is running smoothly, you don’t notice that it’s there. But if it stops working properly – because it’s weak or can't fight particularly aggressive germs – you get ill. Germs that your body has never encountered before are also likely to make you ill.

The tasks of the immune system

Without an immune system, we would have no way to fight harmful things that enter our body from the outside or harmful changes that occur inside our body. The main tasks of the body’s immune system are:-

  • To fight disease-causing germs (pathogens) like bacteria, viruses, parasites or fungi, and to remove them from the body.

  • To recognize and neutralize harmful substances from the environment.

  • To fight disease-causing changes in the body, such as cancer cells.

To keep your immune system working in the Optimal State, there are few important things to practice:-

  • Provide the body with the right supplements, “check the below full program to restore & maintain your immune system“.

  • Stay Hydrated.

  • Avoid Stress.

  • Exercise or be Active.

  • Stay Positive.

1- Vitamin D3

As for other body systems, the immune system also needs special conditions under which all its cells can fully perform their functions. One of these conditions is a sufficient level of vitamin D in the body.

Numerous studies have found that vitamin D receptors are found on the surface of all cells of the immune system. This allows us to conclude that the effect of vitamin D is observed at all levels. In response to the ingestion of a micobacterias on the surface of macrophages, receptors for vitamin D binding are secreted. When vitamin D binds to these receptors, protein synthesis (cathelozidine and beta-defensin 4), which are responsible for the destruction of microorganisms, is activated. If the body less level of vitamin D, the immune system cannot protect it from microorganisms and the damage they cause - and a person becomes sick.

How to use :

It is advisable to check level of vitamin D  every 3 months, if the numbers –

<50 nm / l - recommended dose of 4000 IU per day

50–75 nm / l - recommended dose of 2000 IU per day

> 75 nm / l - maintenance dose of 1000 IU per day

2- Vitamin A- Beta carotene including alpha and beta carotene, lutein and lycopene

Is needed to absorb vitamin D, which also helps regulate the formation of cells in the immune system and support their healthy development.

The recommended dose of beta-carotene is 5000-15 000 IU (international units) of a mixture of carotenoids per day.

3- Vitamin C - strong antioxidant

A quality product should contain the so-called citrus bioflavonoids, they are related to vitamin C and make it more effective.

The recommended dose is at least 2000 mg per day to further protect the cells of the immune system from free radicals. Take with food.

4- Vitamin E

It is the main antioxidant that protects all fatty tissues in our body, including cell membranes and the brain. Prevents the appearance of cholesterol plaques in the arteries.

A high-quality vitamin E preparation contains a mixture of tocopherols, that is forms such as d-alpha, d-beta, d-gamma and d-delta.

The recommended daily dose of vitamin E in the form of a mixture of tocopherols 200-400 IU. Must be taken with food containing fats.

5- Selenium

A trace element important for the health of the immune system.

Selenium is a trace element necessary for optimal thyroid function. It is required for the work of enzymes that produce thyroid hormones, and an enzyme called glutathione peroxidase, a powerful antioxidant that prevents damage to the thyroid follicles. In the absence of selenium, the thyroid gland is unable to produce hormones, and the cells can be damaged by the so-called free radicals.

The recommended dose is 400 mcg for three to six months.

Maintenance dose is 200 mcg per day.

6- Omega-3 fatty acids

Stimulate the body's protective functions in several directions: form the basis of the cell membrane, activate the activity of leukocytes in the focus of inflammation, stimulating high temperature for the output of viral decay products; stimulates the protection of the respiratory tract when viruses and bacteria get on them.

For rheumatoid and other types of arthritis, the recommended dose is 3000 mg per day.

For general support of the immune system, take 1000–2000 mg per day.

8- Zinc

Zinc - trace element necessary for the normal development of the immune system and maintain its balance. Zinc deficiency causes a deterioration in the immune system.

Daily dose is 15 mg. If you are a vegetarian (or eat only eggs and / or dairy products from animal foods), increase the dose to 30 mg per day.

9- Eleutherococcus (Siberian ginseng) or Asian ginseng

Eleutherococcus has a general tonic effect, increases efficiency and protects the body from various adverse environmental factors. The plant is classified as adaptogens - biologically active substances that have a restorative effect and are able to increase the body's protective functions. Eleutherococcus helps to cope with low blood pressure, decreased performance and chronic fatigue syndrome. Eleutherococcus extract is prescribed for asthenic conditions - hypochondria and feelings. Doctors often recommend it in the postoperative periods, with loss of appetite, with increased physical exertion and to increase immunity in the autumn-winter period.

The daily dose of 100-200 mg.

10- Rhodiola rosea

Known medicinal plant, which belongs to the group of natural immunostimulants. Tincture from it is considered an effective phytotherapeutic remedy with weakened immunity, in particular, with reduced resistance to colds, as well as rapid physical and mental fatigue.

The daily dose is 100-200 mg per day.

11- Ashwagandha

An adaptogen, ashwagandha helps to reduce internal inflammation and normalize the functioning of the immune system. Ashwagandha not only improves blood counts, but, according to studies, can increase the production of immunoglobulin. Immunoglobulins are antibodies that fight the disease in the immune system, and ashwagandha helps the body naturally produce more antibodies to maintain health.

The daily dose is 500 mg once a day.

12- Vitamin B5

Vitamin B5 affects the activity of immune responses. With the participation of the substance, antibodies are formed that are responsible for opposing the body to pathogenic viruses and bacteria. That is why weakened, often ill patients are recommended a diet enriched with vitamin B5. Due to its general strengthening properties and a positive effect on the condition of the skin, pantothenic acid is used in the treatment of dermatological diseases, burns, pathologies of the respiratory system (bronchitis, bronchial asthma, pneumonia, etc.).

The daily dose of 300-1000 mg per day.

13- Vitamin B6

Strengthens the immune system, as it promotes the formation of antibodies that stimulate the immune system. It does not allow blood to thicken and thereby prevents the development of a heart attack and stroke, atherosclerosis, and normalizes blood pressure. Vitamin B6 is also necessary for the normal functioning of the liver.

The daily dose is 30-100 mg per day.

14- Liquorice

Numerous studies have shown that this miracle plant can do even more. Confirmations were found of the anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial effect of licorice root extract - licorice. Also, licorice stimulates the immune system, blocks free radicals and inhibits the development of cancer.

The daily dose is 50-100 mg per day.

15- Probiotics

It has long time been known that the development of the human immune system proceeds in parallel with the colonization of the intestine by a symbiotic microflora and the formation of a specific microbial organ in body - the microbiome. The microbiome is an important component of the immune system, a regulator of formation, maturation and activity. This is confirmed by the fact that about 70% of human immune cells are concentrated in the gastrointestinal tract, which is the main place settlement of symbiotic microbes. One of the most effective and safe ways to maintain or improve the functions of the immune system is to improve the symbiotic microflora of humans, up  immunity, our microbial symbionts provide the body with vitamins, minerals and other valuable compounds, help digest food, do not grown toxins and pathogenic microbes, improves the endocrine and nervous systems.
